Information about how we process personal data at East Durham Partnership

General Data Protection Regulation:

With effect from 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (it is better known as GDPR). requires all organisations to be more transparent and provide the lawful basis for which they use personal data. You can locate further information on GDPR from the Information Commissioners Office at https://ico.org.uk/

In response to these changes, East Durham Partnership have developed both a Data Protection Policy (link below) and a Data Protection and Freedom of Information Processing Procedure (link below). In addition to this policy and procedure we have develop a number of Privacy Notices to ensure that all stakeholders are informed the use of their data and their rights.
